Chatting on Velvetta never involves contacting, hiring, or arranging anything with a real individual.

Each companion is a fictional character with a fixed personality, backstory, and a defined, pre-approved set of photos. Conversations are filtered for content that violates our Content & AI Policy in real time, and accounts that attempt to push past those limits are warned and, if repeated, suspended.

Companions have a defined library of photo sets that unlock as you chat — Velvetta does not generate open-ended custom images on request. This keeps every companion's content consistent with our content policy and avoids the moderation gaps that come with fully open-ended image generation.

Yes. The Free plan gives you 15 messages a day with 5 companions, no card required. You can upgrade to Plus or buy a token pack any time you want more.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like — your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fee.
